We didn't know what to do. We couldn't possibly sell those homes for what we bought them for. This would have caused a discrepancy of the value of them and we would still be in trouble.

I was in an automobile accident which prevented me from being able to work for over a year. During that time, the bank put a foreclosure into action and I was fortunate enough to receive a card from Clarity Home Solutions that said that they could help me. I had received several of these cards, but theirs was the only one I actually responded to. I have no idea why I did, but my wife and I took a chance on it and it was the best thing that we could have done.

I am writing to express my profound appreciation to you for the services recently performed on behalf of my clients. Unfortunately, my clients found themselves indebted on a substantial second mortgage to a large national bank with no foreseeable ability to every pay it off. They were in a rough situation - wanting to sell their home to pay off both loans, but not able to get enough price for their home to do so. My wife and I bought a house. We were really excited about it. Then we had some family problems happen. We had two deaths in the family and we got behind in the payments. Then, just when we thought we might be able to catch up, we got a rate increase letter in the mail - our interest rates were back up. We knew we could not afford more and save our house and the property probably would be foreclosed on.
